Jh-xi-10-02 is a heterobifunctional molecule that inhibits ubiquitin ligases and targets cancer cells. It is an inhibitor of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, which is a cellular pathway that degrades and recycles proteins. Jh-xi-10-02 prevents the degradation of cortistatin, leading to increased levels of this protein in mammalian cells.
