10-(3-aminopropyl)-2-chloro-10H-5'-phenothiazin-5-one
CAS:10-(3-aminopropyl)-2-chloro-10H-5'-phenothiazin-5-one is a sulfoxide with the chemical formula C8H6N2SCl. It has been shown to be cytotoxic against leukemic stem cells, tissues and amines in vitro. 10-(3-aminopropyl)-2-chloro-10H-5' -phenothiazin-5 -one has also been shown to inhibit the growth of certain bacteria that are resistant to promazine and sulfoxide. This drug is a promazine analog, which is an antiemetic agent used in veterinary medicine to prevent vomiting and nausea in dogs.
