Undecanamide
CAS:Undecanamide is a hydroxyl group containing amide that binds to the receptor site of the hydroxyl group-containing enzyme. It is used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases. Undecanamide inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes by inhibiting the prostaglandin synthase enzyme. This drug also has an inhibitory effect on growth factor activity, which may be due to its ability to decrease serum bile acids and reactive oxygen species (ROS) concentrations. Although undecanamide is not very reactive chemically, it can cause irritation when applied topically or through inhalation.Formula:C11H23NOPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:185.31 g/mol
