CAS:2-Isopropyl-5-methyl-4-nitrosophenol (IMPA) is an ethylene diamine that has high values in the molecule. It has a molecular weight of 178.2 and is a colorless crystalline solid with a melting point of -62°C. IMPA is soluble in water and organic solutions, but not in hydrochloric acid. The effective dose for IMPA is 0.3 mg/kg/day to 1 mg/kg/day. This chemical has been shown to inhibit cancer cells by acting as an inhibitor of polycarboxylic acid synthesis, which prevents the formation of protocatechuic acid, which is necessary for the initiation of chemical reactions that are vital for cancer cell growth.Formula:C10H13NO2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:179.22 g/mol
