EMAC10101d
CAS:compound EMAC10101d, bearing a 2,4-dichorophenyl substituent in position 4 of the dihydrothiazole ring, was the most potent and selective toward hCA II with anFormula:C17H15Cl2N3O2S2Purity:99.96%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:428.364-((4-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-3-ethylthiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)amino)benzenesulfonamide
CAS:4-((4-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-3-ethylthiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)amino)benzenesulfonamide is an inhibitor of the enzyme acetylcholine esterase (AChE), which is involved in the breakdown of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. The compound was originally developed as a potential therapeutic for Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease because it inhibits the activity of AChE. However, 4-((4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-ethylthiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)amino)benzenesulfonamide also has been shown to inhibit a number of other enzymes including phosphodiesterase (PDE), monoamine oxidase (MAO), and catechol O methyltransferase (COMT). It has also been shown to activate certain proteins such as PKC.Formula:C17H15Cl2N3O2S2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:428.4 g/mol4-((4-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-3-ethylthiazol-2(3H)-ylidene)amino)benzenesulfonamide
