3’-Deoxy-3’C-methyladenosine
CAS:3’-Deoxy-3’C-methyladenosine is a reaction product of DNA and cancer cells. This product is generated by the glycosylase enzyme, which removes a methyl group from cytosine to produce 3’-deoxyadenosine. It has been shown that 3’-deoxy-3’C-methyladenosine accumulates in animal tissues after chronic treatment with an anticancer drug and can be detected using chromatographic methods.
