2-Amino-N-phenyl-benzensulfonamide
CAS:2-Amino-N-phenyl-benzensulfonamide is a synthetic, cyclic compound that has been shown to have pharmacological activity. It is an intramolecular hydrogen acceptor and reacts with electron donors such as oxygen or pyridine. The reaction intermediates are the sulfonamide, the amide, and the heterocycle. In x-ray crystallography studies, 2-amino-N-phenylbenzenesulfonamide was found to be a hybridized molecule with a conformation of dihedral angles of about 60 degrees.
