CAS:2-(2,3-Dichlorophenoxy)-Acetic Acid is a natural compound that has been shown to have cytotoxic effects on cancer cells in vitro. This compound is an analog of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and binds to the growth factor receptor on the surface of cells. This binding leads to an increase in intracellular calcium levels, which induces cell death. The optimum concentration for this compound is between 0.1 and 10 mM. Telomerase activity is inhibited by 2-(2,3-Dichlorophenoxy)-Acetic Acid, which may be due to its ability to activate the constitutive androstane receptor (CAR). 2-(2,3-Dichlorophenoxy)-Acetic Acid also has been shown to affect animal health because it decreases body weight gain and food intake in mice.Formula:C8H6Cl2O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:221.04 g/molRef: 3D-FD76325
