CAS 3112-74-1: Copper(II) propionate

Copper dipropanoate is a copper-containing compound that is used in the production of polymers. It is a cationic polymerization initiator that has an average particle diameter of 20 nm and a high melting point. The ethyl group, amines, and propionate groups are reactive to radiation, which can be used for curing the polymerization reaction. Copper dipropanoate also has functional groups that can react with active methylene groups on the surface of the target cell.
