CAS:Indoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that belongs to the class of α-acid glycoproteins. It is used in combination preparations with other drugs to treat chronic arthritis. Indoprofen's mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated, but it is thought to inhibit the enzymes responsible for prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing inflammation. Indoprofen also has hypoglycemic effects and inhibits the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol. Its photochemical properties may make it useful in photodynamic therapy. The pharmacokinetic properties and toxicology have been well studied.Formula:C17H15NO3Purity:Min. 98 Area-%Color and Shape:White PowderMolecular weight:281.31 g/mol
