NICOTINIC ACID MONONUCLEOTIDE
CAS:Formula:C11H14NO9PPurity:99%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:335.2039Nicotinic acid mononucleotide
CAS:Nicotinic acid mononucleotide is formed from nicotinic acid (NA) via the nicotinic acid phosphoribosyltransferase in the biosynthesis of NAD+.Formula:C11H14NO9PPurity:98%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:335.2²-Nicotinic Acid Mononucleotide-d4
CAS:²-Nicotinic Acid Mononucleotide-d4 (NAMN) is a nicotinamide riboside analog that has been shown to inhibit c. glabrata, a fungus that causes the disease onychomycosis. NAMN binds to enzymes that use dinucleotide phosphate and inhibits their activity. The inhibition of these enzymes prevents the production of nicotinamide, which is an important cofactor for the enzyme. This compound has been shown to be effective against C. glabrata, but not against other fungi such as Aspergillus niger or Candida albicans. NAMN's mechanism of action may be due to its ability to inhibit nicotinic acid mononucleotide (NAM), which is an enzyme involved in DNA synthesis and transcription.Formula:C11H10D4NO9PPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:339.23 g/molRef: 3D-AAA32102

CAS:Controlled ProductStability Hygroscopic Applications A nucleotide of nicotinic acid which is produced from quinolinic acid by quinolinate phosphoribosyltransferase via transfer of a phosphoribose group. It is an intermediate of nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide (NaAD) which is then converted to NAD via amidation and in turn converted to NADPH. References Petrelli, R. et al.: Curr. Med.
