3β-Cholic acid-d5
CAS:3β-Cholic acid-d5 is a phase-sensitive, hydrophilic compound that has been used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory bowel disease. It is also used as a marker to identify bile acids and their metabolites. 3β-Cholic acid-d5 can be extracted using ultrasonic extraction from biological samples such as serum or plasma. The hydroxyl group on the 3rd carbon atom of the molecule allows it to be identified by gas chromatography, which separates it according to its boiling point. This compound is then detected by mass spectrometry.Formula:C24H40O5Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:408.6 g/molRef: 3D-DAA33816
