5-Aminoindan-1-one
CAS:5-Aminoindan-1-one is a hydroxy group with a potent inhibitory activity. It is an active methylene that can be synthesized by the reaction of formaldehyde and acetone. 5-Aminoindan-1-one has been shown to have photophysical properties, such as fluorescence, phosphorescence and chemiluminescence. This molecule has significant cytotoxicity against various cancer cells, including carcinoma cells.
