The vibrational spectra of 3-piperidin-1-ylpropan-1-amine show that the molecule contains a dihedral angle, which may indicate the presence of a heterocycle. 3PIPPA binds to the 5HT4 receptor subtype and has been shown to have prostate cancer cell growth inhibition properties.
