N-Bromosaccharin
CAS:N-Bromosaccharin is a hydrogen fluoride derivative that is used as an inhibitor of enzymes in pharmaceutical preparations. N-Bromosaccharin inhibits the catalytic activity of enzymes by binding to their active sites and forming a covalent bond with amino acid residues. This process involves the formation of hydrogen bonds with the enzyme and substrate, which are disrupted when bromosaccharin binds to the enzyme. The kinetics data for this product indicate that it has high efficiency against many different types of enzymes, including oxidative enzymes, amylases and proteases. N-Bromosaccharin has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the growth factor erythropoietin (EPO) in chronic pulmonary fibrosis in mice. It also has an antibody response in some animals, which may be due to its ability to form complexes with IgG antibodies.Formula:C7H4BrNO3SPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:262.08 g/molN-Bromosaccharin
