N-propylcyclohexanamine
CAS:N-Propylcyclohexanamine (PCA) is a growth factor that can induce the death of cancer cells. It is also used as a topical skin treatment for wounds. PCA has been shown to inhibit tissue growth and hamper the healing process by inhibiting the production of collagen, which is essential for the formation of new tissues. This drug has been shown to induce apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells (Panc-1) via an Mcl-1 protein that regulates mitochondrial membrane potential and reactive oxygen species production. N-propylcyclohexanamine also inhibits inflammatory diseases such as arthritis by reducing prostaglandin synthesis.Formula:C9H19NPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:141.25 g/mol
