The interaction of 2,5-Dichlorothiophene-3-carboxylic acid with pyrimethamine has been studied using cocrystal X-ray diffraction studies. These studies have shown that the carboxylate group of 2,5-Dichlorothiophene-3-carboxylic acid interacts with the pyrimethamine molecule through hydrogen bonds.
