CAS 4004-20-0: Thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylicacid, 3,4-diamino-, 2,5-diethyl ester

3,4-Diamino-thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic aciddiethylester is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C6H7N3O8S. It is the anhydride of 3,4 diaminothieno[2,3-b]thiophene 2,5 dicarboxylic acid and diethyl ethyl acetoacetate. This compound has been used in the synthesis of a number of other compounds. The salt form of this compound has been shown to be active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium avium complex.
