all-trans-3,4-Didehydro retinoic acid
CAS:All-trans-3,4-Didehydro retinoic acid is a synthetic form of vitamin A. It has been shown to be an effective treatment for autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases by regulating the differentiation of cells in the mesenchyme. All-trans-3,4-Didehydro retinoic acid binds to response elements on DNA and interacts with transcription factors that regulate cellular differentiation. This drug has also been shown to induce the production of all-trans retinoic acid in fetal bovine liver cells. All-trans-3,4-Didehydro retinoic acid has been shown to inhibit the growth of human liver cells, primary keratinocytes, and certain types of cancer cells in cell culture studies.Formula:C20H26O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:298.42 g/molall-trans-3,4-Didehydro Retinoic Acid
