Triadimefon
CAS:Triadimefon is a fungicide that has been shown to be toxic to plants, animals, and humans. Triadimefon is used as an agricultural fungicide for the control of plant diseases caused by fungi. It is also used in vitro to study the effects of chemical inhibitors on enzyme activities, such as nitrite ion, which is often found in water or soil. The synergic effect of triadimefon with other chemical inhibitors has been studied using Langmuir adsorption isotherm and in vitro assays. Triadimenol, a synthetic triazole fungicide, was shown to have synergistic effects with triadimefon when combined with chemical inhibitors. The effect of triadimefon on polymerase chain activity and resistance mutations were studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and wild-type strains were compared with resistant mutants.Formula:C14H16ClN3O2Purity:Min. 95 Area-%Color and Shape:Yellow PowderMolecular weight:293.75 g/mol
