CAS:4-(1-Methyl-piperidin-4-yl)aniline (4MPaA) is a small molecule that has been shown to inhibit the kinase activity of PIM-1, which is a tyrosine kinase that is associated with chronic myeloid leukemia. In vitro studies have shown that 4MPaA inhibits the proliferation of human chronic myeloid leukemia cells, and also reduces their viability.
