3,3'-Bipiperidine

3,3'-Bipiperidine is an antibiotic that belongs to the group of antibiotics called aminoglycosides. It is a bacteriostatic agent that inhibits protein synthesis by binding to the ribosomes in the bacterial cell and preventing peptide bond formation. 3,3'-Bipiperidine has been shown to have a growth-regulating effect on bacteria by blocking the production of proteins required for DNA replication and repair. The genes encoding for 3,3'-bipiperidine biosynthesis are found in cassettes and expressed in bacteria, as well as other microorganisms such as bacteriophages. In order to introduce these genes into a bacterial genome, recombinant DNA techniques are used. This gene can be introduced into various strains through homologous recombination or homologous recombination. The gene sequences of 3,3'-bipiperidine have been found in amniotic fluid samples from pregnant women.
