1,4-Dipropylbenzene
CAS:1,4-Dipropylbenzene is a chemical species that has been studied in an inelastic collision experiment. When 1,4-dipropylbenzene is heated to a temperature of 390 K, it has a kinetic energy of 5.1 eV and an algorithm of 0.94. It also has 5 atoms and would be classified as an aliphatic compound with a linear chain structure. In the chemical study, 1,4-dipropylbenzene was evaporated at different rates to measure the change in concentration over time. The results showed that when the rate of evaporation increased from 3 cm2/s to 10 cm2/s, the concentration decreased by 20%. The results were then summarised and plotted on a graph showing how evaporation affected the concentration of 1,4-dipropylbenzene.Formula:C12H18Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:162.28 g/mol1,4-Dipropylbenzene
