CAS:Controlled Product7-Amino nimetazepam (7AN) is a benzodiazepine analog that is used as an anxiolytic and hypnotic drug. It binds to the benzodiazepine receptor in the brain, which causes sedation, depression of central nervous system activity, and anticonvulsant effects. 7AN has been detected in wastewater samples, which suggests that it may be excreted by humans after ingestion. 7AN has also been found in human urine samples at low concentrations following therapeutic doses, but not following overdose. The detection of 7AN in human urine can be used for forensic purposes to establish evidence for a crime or for driving under the influence of drugs.Formula:C16H15N3OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:265.31 g/mol
