1-Methyl-2-morpholin-4-ylethylamine
CAS:1-Methyl-2-morpholin-4-ylethylamine is a hydrolytic cleavage agent that has been extensively studied in experimental settings. It is catalytic and mononuclear, and can be used to cleave DNA both chemically and enzymatically. The efficiency of 1-methyl-2-morpholin-4-ylethylamine as a hydrolytic cleavage agent depends on the nature of the chemical bond that it is breaking. In the case of phosphate bonds, for example, 1-methyl-2-morpholin-4-ylethylamine can be used to cleave DNA at a rate of about one base per second. The mechanistic pathway for this reaction involves the release of hydroxyl groups from the phosphoric acid moiety. This study also showed that 1 methyl 2 morpholin 4 ylethylamine could act as a ligand for protein phosphatases and supercoiled DNA.Formula:C7H16N2OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:144.21 g/molRef: 3D-FM116108
