CAS:Cystamine (2,2'-Disulfanediyldiethanamine) is an inhibitor of transglutaminase and inhibits caspase-3 with an IC50 value of 23.6 μM.Formula:C4H12N2S2Purity:99.41%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:152.282-[(2-aminoethyl)disulfanyl]ethan-1-amine
CAS:2-[(2-Aminoethyl)disulfanyl]ethan-1-amine is a fluorescent probe that is used in analytical methods to measure cytosolic Ca2+. It has been shown to induce neuronal death in vitro and in vivo. The rate constant for the response element of this compound was found to be 6.6 x 10 M-1s-1, which is higher than that of the fluorescence probe 2-[(2-aminoethyl)thio]ethan-1-amine. This compound has also been shown to inhibit polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The cytotoxic effect of 2-[(2-Aminoethyl)disulfanyl]ethan-1-amine may be due to its ability to chelate metal ions such as iron and zinc, which are essential for cellular function. This compound also binds to cysteamine through a thiol group, forming a complex with benzalkonium chloride or cystFormula:C4H12N2S2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:152.27 g/molRef: 3D-AAA05185
