Chikusetsu saponin Aa
CAS:Chikusetsu saponin Aa is a plant extract that has been shown to have a protective effect on liver cells in metabolic disorders. It also inhibits the activity of P-glycoprotein (P-gp), which is an efflux pump found in the plasma membranes of cells. This inhibition leads to an increase in intracellular calcium, which may be useful for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Chikusetsu saponin Aa has also been shown to inhibit cancer cell proliferation and induce apoptosis by inhibiting mitochondrial membrane potential.
