CAS:3-Dimethylaminopropyl chloride hydrochloride is a reagent used in the Suzuki coupling reaction. 3-Dimethylaminopropyl chloride hydrochloride has been shown to be cytotoxic and potent antitumor activity against cancer cells, as well as against HIV-infected lymphocytes. It also inhibits protein synthesis, which can lead to cell death by apoptosis or necrosis. 3-Dimethylaminopropyl chloride hydrochloride reacts with hydroxyl groups on proteins to form adducts that inhibit the inflammatory response and suppress the production of tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). 3-Dimethylaminopropyl chloride hydrochloride has been shown to have a toxic effect on both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells in vitro, but not at concentrations that are lethal for human cells. This agent also inhibits microbial growth by inhibiting protein synthesis and DNA replication. The toxicity of thisFormula:C5H13Cl2NMolecular weight:158.07 g/molRef: 3D-FD22348
