Palosuran
CAS:Palosuran is a cyclic peptide polymerase chain that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in humans. Palosuran binds to urotensin II, which is an endogenous vasopressin-like peptide with vasoconstrictor and antidiuretic effects. Palosuran inhibits the binding of urotensin II to its receptor, reducing blood flow and fluid retention. It also reduces the production of growth factor-β1 and cytosolic Ca2+, which are important for cell proliferation. Palosuran has been shown to be effective as a monotherapy or in combination therapy with other drugs used in cancer treatment (e.g., doxorubicin).Formula:C25H30N4O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:418.53 g/molRef: 3D-QWA76928
