3-Amino-1,2,4-benzotriazine-1-N-oxide
CAS:3-Amino-1,2,4-benzotriazine-1-N-oxide is a prodrug that is activated by protonation. It may be used for the treatment of cancer. 3-Amino-1,2,4-benzotriazine-1-N-oxide has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in vivo in hypoxic tumors and in vitro in human serum. It also inhibits the activity of DT diaphorase, an enzyme involved in the synthesis of hydrogen ions.
