CAS:Fmoc-NH-dPEG®4-propionic acid is a PEG compound with two different functional groups (also known as heterobifunctional). Unlike homobifunctional PEG compounds (same functional group on both ends), this type of compounds are more versatile as have two different anchor points. Fmoc-NH-dPEG®4-propionic acid is used as a linker and spacer to add a PEG moiety, via pegylation (a bioconjugation technique) to proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, small molecules and nanoparticles.Formula:C26H33NO8Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:487.54 g/mol5,8,11,14-Tetraoxa-2-azaheptadecanedioic acid 1-(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethyl) ester

CAS:Fmoc-nh-dpeg(4)-cooh is a radiolabeled peptide that can be used for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer cells have an increased uptake of this peptide, which is visualized with a gamma camera. The uptake and retention of the peptide in pancreatic tumor tissue is higher than in normal pancreas tissue. Fmoc-nh-dpeg(4)-cooh has been shown to bind to the receptor subtype alpha2b-adrenergic and has a high affinity for human receptors. It also inhibits efflux and can be used as an analog for radioiodinated α2b-adrenergic receptor ligands.Formula:C26H33NO8Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:487.54 g/molRef: 3D-FF43255
