2H-Indazol-2-ylacetic acid
CAS:2H-Indazol-2-ylacetic acid is a carboxylic acid that belongs to the group of indazoles. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of bacterial DNA gyrase, an enzyme that maintains the integrity of bacterial DNA. In addition, 2H-indazol-2-ylacetic acid has been shown to be effective against methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Clostridium perfringens, although it is not active against acid-fast bacteria such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis or Mycobacterium avium complex. 2H-Indazol-2-ylacetic acid has been shown to have antiinflammatory properties, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.Formula:C9H8N2O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:176.17 g/molRef: 3D-FI51310
