3-Methyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine
CAS:3-Methyl-4-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine is a heterocyclic compound that contains an active methylene group in the 1 position. It is orally active and has been shown to have diazonium salt reactivity with hydrochloric acid in the presence of a base. The resulting product can be recycled back to 3-methyl-4-phenyl-1H pyrazol 5 amine by treatment with a base. 3MPYZA has been shown to be a neuroleptic and nootropic drug, as well as being pharmacologically inactive at the corticotropin releasing hormone receptor. 3MPYZA has also been shown to have inhibitory effects on thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) and molecular spectra.
