4,4-Difluoro-1-Piperidineethanamine
CAS:4,4-Difluoro-1-Piperidineethanamine is a selective CB1 receptor antagonist that has been shown to be a potent and selective antagonist of the cannabinoid receptor. It has been shown to inhibit binding of the agonist [3H]CP55,940 to the CB1 receptor in rat brain membrane preparations with an IC50 value of 0.2 μM and has been used as a tool compound for the discovery of other CB1 receptor antagonists. 4,4-Difluoro-1-Piperidineethanamine is a high potency and selective CB1 receptor antagonist with good oral bioavailability. It has been shown to have high affinity for human CB1 receptors (Ki=0.2 μM), making it useful for studying the role of these receptors in vivo. This drug also inhibits binding of the antagonist [3H]SR141716A to the CB1 receptor with an IC50 value of 1.7 μMFormula:C7H14F2N2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:164.2 g/molRef: 3D-FD82561
