CAS:Metoxadiazone is a pharmaceutical preparation that is used to treat diabetic neuropathy. It inhibits an enzyme called eosinophil peroxidase, which is involved in the development of allergic reactions and inflammation. Metoxadiazone also has anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Metoxadiazone is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that acts as an irreversible inhibitor of ATP-sensitive potassium channels. This drug has been shown to have therapeutic efficacy in experimental models for inflammatory diseases such as asthma, arthritis, and chronic bronchitis. Metoxadiazone has been shown to increase airway flow rates in sheep, indicating a potent bronchodilator effect. Metoxadiazone also possesses analgesic and antipyretic effects when given systemically or topically.Formula:C10H10N2O4Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:222.2 g/mol
