Intepirdine
CAS:Intepirdine is a compound that belongs to the class of quinoline derivatives. It has been shown to be an effective dose in clinical studies and is used as a treatment for Alzheimer's disease. Intepirdine binds to 5-HT2A receptors, which are involved in the serotonergic system and are located in the hippocampal formation. It has also been shown to be protonated at nitrogen atoms, which may cause it to have a different pharmacological profile than other molecules in its class. Intepirdine is currently undergoing phase II clinical trials for use as a treatment for Parkinson's disease.Formula:C19H19N3O2SPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:353.44 g/mol3-(Phenylsulfonyl)-8-(Piperazin-1-Yl)Quinoline
