3-Amino-5-fluoro-1H-indazole

5-Fluoro-1H-indazol-3-amine is a heterocyclic compound that belongs to the group of indazoles. FTIR spectroscopy revealed that 5FIA reacts with hydroxyl groups on the cell wall surface through an acid catalysis mechanism. This reaction produces carboxylic acids or esters as byproducts.
