CAS:2-(Trimethylsilyloxy)furan is an organic compound that is used as a reactant for the synthesis of other organic compounds. It has been used as a homogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of β-unsaturated ketones and as a synthon in the reaction with ethyl diazoacetate to produce an acetal. 2-(Trimethylsilyloxy)furan can be used in a suzuki coupling reaction which produces phosphonates, imines, and stereoselective products.
