3,4,5-Pyridinetriamine
CAS:3,4,5-Pyridinetriamine is a conjugate of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine with pyridine. It has been shown to enhance synaptic activity in vitro and in vivo. 3,4,5-Pyridinetriamine has been shown to be effective for the treatment of degenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. This drug has also been shown to have anti-tumor effects. 3,4,5-Pyridinetriamine inhibits the production of butyrylcholinesterase by clostridium botulinum and cholinesterases by clostridium tetani. This inhibition leads to accumulation of acetylcholine at synapses and enhancement of synaptic transmission. 3,4,5-Pyridinetriamine is structurally similar to carbamates that are used as insecticides and herbicides.Formula:C5H8N4Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:124.14 g/mol
