JWH-122 ((4-Methylnaphthalen-1-yl)(1-pentylindol-3-yl)methanone) 1.0 mg/ml in Acetonitrile
CAS:Controlled ProductFormula:C25H25NOJWH 122
CAS:Controlled ProductJWH 122 is a synthetic cannabinoid that binds to the CB1 and CB2 receptors. It has been shown to cause mitochondrial membrane potential depolarization, inhibition of mitochondrial electron transport, and inhibition of lysosomal enzymes. JWH 122 has also been shown to cause genotoxic effects in vivo and in vitro. The symptoms of JWH 122 are similar to those of other cannabinoids, such as dry mouth, tachycardia, and anxiety. Chronic exposure may lead to long-term toxicity and tubule cell necrosis. In order for research on JWH 122 to be conducted, the material must be dissolved in DMSO or ethanol at a concentration between 10 μg/mL and 100 μg/mL for injection purposes or at a concentration between 10 μg/mL and 1 mg/mL for oral administration purposes.Formula:C25H25NOPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:355.47 g/mol1-Pentyl-3-(4-methylnaphthoyl)indole JWH-122
