Cyclobutanamine hydrochloride is a pyrimidine compound with neurotrophic and growth factor-like properties. It has been shown to inhibit the replication of cancer cells, including cells resistant to other anticancer drugs. The drug binds to the protein factor receptor, which is found on the surface of many types of cells, including those that are activated by stress or depression. Cyclobutanamine hydrochloride has also been shown to have antiviral properties and can be used in combination with other compounds to treat hepatitis.
