m-Tolylurea
CAS:m-Tolylurea is a depressant drug that binds to the adenosine A1 receptor, which is found in the central nervous system. This drug also has cholinergic effects and interacts with other depressants. m-Tolylurea has been shown to bind to the benzodiazepine site on at1 receptors and block GABA binding, leading to increased levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). m-Tolylurea also blocks spontaneous activity in spinal cord cells by blocking glutamate receptors, as well as inhibiting spontaneous activity in rats. It is hydrolyzed by esterases and deacetylated by acetylcholinesterase into inactive metabolites.Formula:C8H10N2OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:150.18 g/molRef: 3D-FT61353
