6-Chloro-2-methylbenzoxazole
CAS:6-Chloro-2-methylbenzoxazole is an extract from the leaves of plants in the family Lamiaceae. It has been shown to have urinary activity in Sprague-Dawley rats, and to be metabolized in the liver and excreted by the kidneys. The metabolic fate of 6-chloro-2-methylbenzoxazole has been studied using urine samples obtained from Sprague-Dawley rats after intraperitoneal injection. The major metabolites are glucuronide conjugates, which are formed by hydrolysis of 6-chloro-2-methylbenzoxazole by hepatic esterases and glucuronidases. The concentrations of these metabolites were measured using a spectrometer with ultraviolet detection (UV).Formula:C8H6ClNOPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:167.59 g/mol6-CHLORO-2-METHYL-BENZOXAZOLE
