4-Tetrazol-1-yl-phenol
CAS:Tetrazol-1-yl-phenol is a tetrazole compound that can be used as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent. It binds to the active site of the enzyme succinate dehydrogenase, thereby inhibiting its activity. Tetrazol-1-yl-phenol has been shown to have hypoglycemic effects in mice and rats. The pharmacokinetic properties of this drug are optimized by an algorithm that minimizes the number of residues and optimize the hydrophobicity of the molecule. 4-Tetrazol-1-yl-phenol has also been shown to have agonistic effects on spirocyclic receptors. This drug crystallizes in a monoclinic space group with unit cell dimensions: a = 17.8795(2) Å, b = 5.9372(2) Å, c = 8.0324(3) Å, β = 113.033(6)°, VFormula:C7H6N4OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:162.15 g/molRef: 3D-FT13155
