CAS:N-Boc-D-cyclohexylglycine is an analog of a macrocyclic compound that has been shown to inhibit the coagulation and cyclodehydration reactions. The addition of sodium hypochlorite to N-Boc-D-cyclohexylglycine results in the formation of a conformational change, which inactivates the compound. This analog is being studied as a potential anti-viral agent for HIV, Hepatitis B virus, and Hepatitis C virus. N-Boc-D-cyclohexylglycine has been shown to be a probe for studying the mechanism of action of macrocyclic compounds. It has also been found to have potential inhibitory activity against macrolactamization enzymes such as penicillin acylase and cephalosporin acylase.Formula:C13H23NO4Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:257.33 g/molN-Boc-D-cyclohexylglycine
