CAS:Succinylcholine chloride is a muscle relaxant that has been used to treat herpes simplex virus, congenital heart disease, and other conditions. Succinylcholine chloride is an ester of succinic acid and choline. It binds to the acetylcholine receptor on the postsynaptic membrane of skeletal muscles, which leads to depolarization and contraction. The binding of succinylcholine to its receptor triggers an influx of sodium ions into the cell, which causes membrane depolarization and muscle relaxation. Succinylcholine chloride has been shown to have neurotrophic effects in a study where it was administered to mice with experimental myocardial infarction. This drug also has been shown to increase microvessel density in pigs with intubation.Formula:C14H30Cl2N2O4Purity:(Hplc) Min. 96%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:361.3 g/molSuccinylcholine Chloride-13C6
