Creatine phosphate, disodium salt tetrahydrate
CAS:Creatine phosphate is a high-energy phosphate reservoir in vertebrate and some invertebrate muscle. Provides phosphate for ADP-ATP conversion. Quantitative in vitro determination of creatine kinase in human serum and plasma. Used in diagnostics for creatine kinase test. Creatine Kinase catalyzes the transfer of a phosphate group from the creatine phosphatesubstrate to ADP. Subsequent formation of ATP is measured through the use of two coupled reactions catalyzed by hexokinase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) which results in the production of reduced b-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) from b-nicotinamide dinucleotide (NAD). This change in absorbance is directly proportional to the activity of creatine kinase in the sample.Formula:C4H16N3Na2O9PPurity:Min. 96.0 Area-%Molecular weight:327.14 g/molSodium creatine phosphate dibasic tetrahydrate

CAS:Creatine phosphate is a high-energy phosphate that is found in muscles and other tissues. It is the immediate precursor of ATP, which provides energy for muscle contraction. Creatine phosphate disodium tetrahydrate (CP) has been shown to be effective in treating geriatric patients with creatine kinase deficiency. CP is a homologous protein that can react with either guanidinoacetate or creatine in order to regenerate ATP. Creatine phosphate also plays an important role in bone metabolism, where it acts as a buffer against acidosis during periods of ischemia and reperfusion. Creatine phosphate forms hydrogen bonds with proteins, which may be responsible for its ability to inhibit protein synthesis. This product can be used in chromatographic applications for the separation and purification of proteins or nucleic acids.Formula:C4H8N3Na2O5P·4H2OPurity:Min. 98 Area-%Color and Shape:White Off-White PowderMolecular weight:327.14 g/molSodium creatine phosphate dibasic tetrahydrate

CAS:Creatine phosphate, disodium salt tetrahydrate, is a fine chemical that is used as a versatile building block for the synthesis of other compounds. Creatine phosphate is useful in research because it can be converted to creatine, which can then be converted to phosphocreatine. Creatine phosphate has been shown to have a number of biological activities including the promotion of cell proliferation and differentiation. This product is an extremely high quality reagent for use in laboratory experiments.Formula:C4H16N3Na2O9PPurity:Min. 95.0 Area-%Molecular weight:327.14 g/molCreatine phosphate disodium salt tetrahydrate, 99%
