CAS:4-(Dichloroacetyl)-1-oxa-4-azaspiro[4.5]decane NA is a chiral, oxidase inhibitor that binds to and inhibits the enzyme acetyl-CoA synthetase. This compound has been shown to be active against lipid biosynthesis in yeast cells, as well as bacterial growth in salt solution and transport of cyclohexanol in plants.
