(R,R)-Labetalol-d3 hydrochloride
CAS:Labetalol is a selective beta-blocker that is used to treat high blood pressure and chronic heart failure. Labetalol has been shown to decrease the number of deaths from coronary heart disease, as well as morbidity from bowel disease in patients with hypertension. Labetalol binds to beta-adrenergic receptors, which are found in the vascular system and in the central nervous system. It is metabolized by CYP2D6 and CYP3A4 enzymes, and has an elimination half-life of about 4 hours. Labetalol also inhibits proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9), which can cause atherosclerosis. This drug has been shown to have no significant side effects when taken orally for up to one year.Formula:C19H24N2O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:328.4 g/molDilevalol
