N20C
CAS:N20C is a molecule that inhibits the phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase pathway, which is involved in glutamate neurotoxicity. It also has a disulfide bond and has been shown to be effective in mouse hippocampal neurons. N20C does not affect neuronal cell morphology or the expression of GluR1, but it does inhibit glutamate-induced excitotoxic and excitotoxicity in neuronal cells by decreasing Ca2+ overload. In addition, N20C inhibits the expression of GluN2B subunit, which may contribute to its neuroprotective effects.Formula:C17H20N2OPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:268.35 g/mol2-[(3,3-Diphenylpropyl)amino]acetamide
